L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème partners with renowned fashion couturier Kamiar Rokni in new ‘Art of Color’ Collection

Karachi, 12th April 2016 L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème, the world’s leading beauty brand, introduces a bold and radiant hair color campaign, the “Art of Color”. This campaign brings to life the synonymy of art and hair color. Excellence Crème has collaborated with The House of Kamiar Rokni, one of the well-known and respected names in Pakistan’s fashion industry, under the prestigious ‘Ambassador of Fashion platform’ which aims to introduce all-encompassing beauty and fashion trends. Kamira Rokni has played with a diverse color palette for the Art of Color campaign using a lot of vibrant and bold colors. The art patterns and figures are also a distinct feature of this collection which pays homage to the art movements around the world and compliments the color palette of the premium hair color brand. The campaign will feature L’Oréal Paris Pakistan’ spokesperson, Mehreen Syed, along with leading models Fouzia Aman, and Sabeeka Imam.  Photographer Fayyaz Ahmed and Videographer Hamad Khan also lent their expertise to the photo-shoot and video-shoot respectively to capture the three signature “beauty meets fashion” looks. L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème’s Art of Color Collection comes in three iconic shades which have been developed with an exclusive mix of pigments and provide the signature Excellence Crème triple protection. The 3 distinct shades include: 5.3 (Natural Golden Brown), 5.5 (Natural Mahogany Brown) and 7 (Natural Dark Blond). Farooq Ahmed, General Manager (Consumer Products Division) at L’Oréal Pakistan said while speaking about the grand launch, “With our latest “Art of Color” campaign we continue to build upon the union of fashion and beauty. I am truly delighted with our latest collaboration with Kamiar Rokni through the ‘Ambassador of Fashion’ platform.” Kamiar Rokni commented on the collabration, “The Art of Color collection fits The House of Kamiar Rokni's aesthetic perfectly. We have used jeweled colors as a base and embroidered on top in an array of colors using different art movements for inspiration. The embroidery patterns are a mélange of different imagery and look like works of art. The result is vibrant and creative.” Hair and make-up artist, Saima Rashid, also commented about the campaign, “The experience of working with L’Oréal Paris for the Art of Color campaign was very refreshing as I had to create looks which are very bold, radiant and edgy. It is truly the richest care for the richest color!”   Excellence Crème uses an advance triple protection technology with three active protective ingredients for smooth, silky, and replenished hair.
