Ramz-e-Ishq that stars Mikaal Zulfiqar, Hiba Bukhari and Kiran Haq in key roles is making headlines due to massive appreciation from the viewers, topping all charts because of the brilliant storyline. Produced by Asad Qureshi and Abdullah Kadwani under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment, Ramz e Ishq’s narrative revolves around a childhood love story between Roshni & Rayan, essayed by the handsome Mikaal Zulfiqar and the immensely talented Hiba Bukhari. The story follows the hurdles, twists and turns and the changing points that the duo has to grapple with on their journey.
Although being first cousins, Roshni & Rayan had to separate their ways due to some complex disputes between their families, rooted in the past. In a nutshell, Roshni’s father dared to go against his father, Nawab Hashmat Ali Khan, and married a woman of his choice which ultimately resulted in Roshni’s aunt (Phupo) Saffiyah’s unexpected divorce. The bitter sister hates her brother since then and has venomous thoughts for his family.
Even though her brother passes away, Saffiyah makes sure to take her years long revenge from his daughter, Roshni. From getting her marriage called off on her big day to getting her married off to a meager servant of the Haveli “Umar”, Saffiyah made sure to take her vengeance. Using her daughter Rania, who is also madly in love with Rayan, she continues to connive against the poor Roshni.
Although hurdles had set the two lovers apart and Roshni had accepted her fate after marrying Umar, Rayan is back in her life bringing another dimension to this love story.
In the latest episode, Umar has divorced Roshni after falling for some schemes against her by Rania. At this time, Rayan has realized Saffiyah and Rania’s evil intentions towards Roshni and stands tall with her, not allowing anyone to cause her harm.
The viewers are loving the amazing onscreen chemistry between Roshni and Rayan, flawlessly depicted by Mikaal and Hiba and the duo has become one of the most admirable couple on screen.
Ramz-e-Ishq stands apart on our screens because of its unique story and grand production value. The sets are very grand and the shoot locations are scenically beautiful leaving the viewers spell bound. The modern-day setup of a royal household has been perfectly portrayed and the director, Siraj-ul-Haq, has paid attention to every small detail while shooting the drama. Hence the drama has been received very well by viewers due to it being a visual treat for them and this is a vital reason that the play has been soaring high on the TRP charts.
