Every year we wait for our favorite top notch designers to launch their breathtaking haute couture for inspirations of course!
Elie Saab’s haute couture autumn winter 2019-20 looks truly inspired from Chinese craftsmanship with a touch of Modern Asian cuts as seen on the runway. Bold to soft color palette made the women look sultry.
Elie Saab about her collection,
“I was drawn to East Asia’s rich culture, and the more I let my mind dive into it, the more I explored imperial volumes within the collection, using signature touches that remain true to the Maison.”
Elie saab haute couture are always out of the box kind of ensembles and she brings latest trends to her audience/viewers every time. Her Autumn Winter collection has heavy embellishments, lavish embroidery, embossed patters and more of abstract sort rather than following any specific animal prints or floral prints.
DIGGING IN HER A/W 2019-20 COLLECTION:
Starting with her very bold all shimmery glamorous Black gown with double side slits and a tail. The gown was floor sweeping with bell sleeves. She has added Golden belts with the base color velvet layer on it to give your figure an exact appealing needed.
Moving to her second look that is personally our fave for a perfect wear on our big day! A Beige net gown with golden sequin work with oomph of ruffles that one dream of with kimono sleeves.
Our third favorite dress is a Blue gown with a single thigh slit, draped one sided shoulder with a lower ball gown. The dress looks nothing less than a dream gown bold, powerful and extra feminine. This gown has Golden embroidery over the front area around the belly. These gowns are richly toned with beads and minute hand embroidery and the hard work speaks for itself on the runway!
The collection displays a timeless piece from the East Asia and some attractiveness of China. The dresses are effortlessly popping out the unraveled hand work. The collection exaggerates blown-up and ruffles shoulders and sleeves that allude to heavenly wings. Draped sleeves and capes that descend off-the-shoulder, leading into long trains that flow to the ground, create the illusion of real goddesses.
