“I have over 40 years of experience in the restaurant and takeaway sector within the UK and I have firsthand experience in setting up restaurants in the UK. I would like to think my experience, ability and wealth of information about food is credited as responsible for the many prestigious awards my previous restaurants have achieved. A wealth of management and operational experience is in the forefront of my contribution to the Maharani. In addition, I hope to use this experience to ensure you get the highest standard of food and service. I wish to integrate the Maharani so that it can be of maximum benefit to the community, so if you have any ideas on how we can help the community then call me or even better come and see me personally at the Maharani.”

“Excellent food attentive service”
Been here many times in the past, once visited three times over B/H weekend, bit extreme but food was great. Great menu choice, food always hot & plentiful. Staff very polite & attentive, wasn't sure Manager Malik would remember me as it had been a while since I had been there but was greeted very warmly. If you're looking for a great Indian meal look no further
“Great restaurant - personally run by owner Mr Miah”
Warm personal welcome from Mr Miah, real buzz in the restaurant and despite being busy very good service for the four of us which the owner personally oversees. We had the fixed menu which was great value and a lovely selection of food finished with coffee and loads of mints. Total bill including lagers, wine and food £80 - great value! Lots of locals and plenty of 'repeat' business - always a good sign.
