Mahoor Jamal, a younger budding talent from Peshawar has put a lot of effort on her instagram feed as an artist and has grown out to be one of the leading artists in Pakistan by now. Mahoor realized about her hidden talent when she took a gap year to be enrolled in medical college. Everything is possible when you have a backup support of your parents and that Mahoor is blessed with. She chose Fashion designing as her career instead of medical. She has done her graduation from Iqra University, Peshawar. With this being said, Mahoor has been given Ted talks, illustration classes in several cities.

She has also created some wall mural designs. Her work has been featured by many magazines and has received much appreciation for her raw skills.

Mahoor has been known for creating visual arts which itself narrates a story understood by very few like who can think a little deeper. Her work makes one lead straight into her life. Artist like Mahoor can add an instant mood effects to her paintings. She uses ink pens so precisely and adds detail so intensely that makes people fall in love with her work. Furthermore she has collaborated with Generations not just once and has played the main role behind their campaigns. Mahoor has worked as a fashion illustrator with Zara Shahjahan and Rani Emaan as well.

Mahoor resides in Lahore but belongs to a culture which has been known for its strictness over women of their tribe. Mahoor under her veil has break through all those stereotypes created by people against Pashtun culture. Her efforts and remarkable work has taken her places.
