Sheeba kapadia said:
‘Clair De Lune’ has been designed to offer a complete range of ensembles to the would-be bride. It not only encompasses beautiful anarkalis and angarkhas to meet the needs of engagement and mehndi brides, but also includes ravishing farshi ghararas, lehenga cholis, saree and wedding gowns.
Clair de lune maintains a delicate balance of hues through its shades of red, gold, rust and green those are aimed at dressing up the bride for the mehndi or the wedding day.
The designer’s ideal way of presenting her bridal collection on the ramp was one eye catching moment for the brides to be. She kicked off her showcase with all the bright colors that brides look for their Mayuns and Mehndis.
The model wore a long angrakha of Orange color with Red, gold and Green embroidery and some intricate embellishment on it. The traditional angrakha is one solid choice for Mayuns. The traditional cuts of the collection in the form of pishwaz, angarkhas and lehenga cholis have been carefully balanced with more contemporary bridal gowns with long trains and ruffles.
The collection had variety of ensembles for the brides following an all Red wedding dress with touches of Gold and an ethereal all handmade embroidery done over it.
With its sophisticated neutrals of silver, ice blue, mint and ivory those are focused towards dressing up an engagement or a valima bride, Sheeba won hearts for her dedication towards her work and presenting contemporary designs for the brides to be!
Sheeba chose bright color combination at the beginning with Reds, Oranges, Yellows and all the Mayun colors basically. Her overall selection of color palette maintains a delicate balance of hues through its shades of flamboyant red, gold, rust, Green, Ice blue and Silvers those are aimed at dressing up the bride for the mehndi as well as the wedding day.
The very lively and an amazing host, Sanam Jung walked the ramp for Sheeba Kapadia wearing a heavily embellished long gown of Rust color styled with Green dupatta and Green Jewelry.
We think Sheeba Kapadia has stayed true to the latest trends in fashion. Claire de lune aspires to meet all expectations of the new age bride!
